Historically, cargo terminals required dangerous physical equipment checks that involved on-the-ground personnel dodging moving traffic to identify freight and its condition as it moves in, out and within a facility. enVision dramatically streamlines these mundane tasks and, in the process, accelerates traffic flow to save your operation time and money.

Leveraging high-resolution digital cameras and specialized computer-vision software, enVision automatically detects and identifies objects (like trucks or containers) and confirms their visual status (like damage) thereby eliminating unsafe, inaccurate and time-consuming manual data entry procedures still common in many gate, rail, yard and vessel operations.

enVision® detects, classifies and identifies the alpha-numeric characters on equipment (containers, chassis, license plates, etc.) with amazing accuracy. It also enables the detailed inspection of specific visual conditions found on that moving equipment such as the presence of security seals, damaged containers, worn tires, etc.
